It's your special day Joy!! OCL is releasing a special set called Hangin' Loose with Kona. This set will only be available at eclectic paperie A little birdy told me that Joy loves Kona! Well as a birthday surprise to Joy, eP is going to release this set a day early so we all can celebrate Joy's birthday!! Isn't he cute! Make sure you scoop him up while you can!
