I am not sure if many of you know that Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers has Type 1 diabetes like my Jillian. We were listening to their new CD today...well everyday, but I have never paid attention to the words before. The last song on the CD is titled "A Little Bit Longer" I caught the last verse and had to rewind to listen to the whole song. Needless to say I was in tears after...here are the lyrics. Just sharing a reflection of Nick's struggles, as well as all other afflicted, with Juvenile diabetes. Thanks Nick.

What a great song. I have type 1 diabetes also. i wear a pump. I wasnt dx'd until I was 27. I cant imagine having it as a child. It's enormously hard as an adult. My prayers go out to you and your daughter.
